Made from hemp - grown in the Himalayan region of Nepal, at upper middle altitudes of 1,500 - 3,500 metres elevation. Nepal's mild climate, high elevation, and diverse ecology are considered as optimal conditions for hemp farming.
Spicy Sols works with local talented makers in the Kathmandu Valley, who receive a fair wage for their work and flexibility with their schedules. Some women prefer to work from home due to childcare and family commitments, with the raw materials delivered to their homes and the finished products picked up to then be worn and loved by you!
